Adding Contacts in Your Address Book the Easy Way
Managing your contacts in Web-Based Email is only two clicks away. You can add contacts to your address book directly from any message you receive from them.
To get started open the message from the contact you want to add. In the header of the message, senders who are not listed in your address book display with an underline. Click on the sender’s email address to manage their contact information.
As a side note, even though contacts already listed in your address book are not underlined you can still click on their email address to modify their contact information.
Once you do this, a pop-up window displays prompting you for additional contact information. You can take a moment to complete any additional fields now, or if you’re in a hurry you can click OK since all of the important information is already pre-populated for you.
