WordPress® 3.3.2 is now available. While it’s not packed with feature upgrades, this update fixes a number of security bugs and vulnerabilities.
WordPress 3.3.2 includes three security update patches for:
- Plupload (version 1.5.4), which WordPress uses for uploading media.
- SWFUpload, which WordPress previously used for uploading media, and might still be in use by plugins.
- SWFObject, which WordPress previously used to embed Flash content, and might still be in use by plugins and themes.
Five other bugs were also fixed during this release. You can find additional information about the update at WordPress.org.

i uploaded arabic wordpress files to my site and changed the file wp-config-sample.php to wp-config.php, then tried to view the site with the url:
www.**********.com/wp-admin/install.php but the following error came out:
