I have several domains here at Godaddy and several websites and a shopping cart here. Reading all this and taking a look at the website Builder V7...I am not impressed. I really think Godaddy dropped the ball on this one. I will have to look elsewhere for a web builder as this looks like 2 steps forward and 25 backwards.Who ever headed this project should have taken the time to poll users as what they needed.
As a side note and off topic a bit, The lack of data backups and user ability to control and access these that Godaddy has is ridiculous in the day and age of cheap data storage.. I have a shopping cart here that I can't restore data from or back up. I live in dread that should something happen to my cart and items, I will lose everything. Simple concepts like this escape Godaddy's planning team... its really unacceptable for techs to miss important and obvious features. ( and yes, I have brought this to godaddy's attention several times)

Well this is a real Bummer. I don't care if they register. I will double check to make sure they did indeed purchase the product before I approve it for publication. Please give me the control over this option. How about updating this to allow no registration?

In Godaddy’s own words “Ratings and reviews are critical to increase the confidence of consumers online” but I am not getting even a tenth of the amount of reviews I could get if the customer did not have to register to do the review. I spent the morning trying to figure out how to integrate the quick shopping cart using V6 instructions. I finally threw in the towel and opened a ticket with support. Support tells me I'm on V7 and points me to the guide for V7 never bothering to mention I can't even do what I want do in V7. *Pulling Hair Out*

I just signed up and didn’t realize that V7 was new and dummed down. After spending hours trying to fix the issue, I decided to delete the entire site and rebuild it from scratch. (frustrated). Now when I am still getting errors but the file manager and FTP are acting up. Getting "Cannot get directory info" error when trying to access file manager. It's very frustrating.

My website was not loading and when I looked at the logs, I noticed that the IO exception is the cause of it.
