I just wanted to say I received great service today over the phone by a customer service rep named Alan; please pass along to the right person to give him any consideration you can, as he not only helped eliminate some unnecessary fees but streamlined my billing and retrieved one domain name I accidently took off when were were deleting another web site. He had to work for his money today. The only other problem I have is regular; seems that I don’t have to use the site for several months at a time, and by then my passwords are no good, even when I write them down. But otherwise, when I call up and get a new password, the service is excellent. Even enjoy the jazzy music while I am waiting for a rep! This call took place about 2:30 pm CDT today, June 11.
Hi, after writing political posts to several email lists these past 7-8 years, I’ve gathered almost all of my writing together at my site in an effort to commercialize my work effort into a venture that could support a full time effort. But to do that properly, I need a robust blogging component that would allow my readers to create forum topics, flag them as “most interesting” etc. Could someone recommend the best solution(s) and tell me where/how to find and install them? Thanks very much. ~Greg
and of course, I’m hoping that the best solution also supports the widest array of social media sharing technologies? Digg, etc..? ~Greg
