With this upgrade, why are images auto-resized to 150×150? My images are cut off now and when I try to resize them, they distort the cut off image that’s there, vs. restore the original picture in the size I selected.
I like the look of the new Express Mail Mktg. but I am unable to use it. While everything on my computer shows I have the latest & greatest Java and it is ENABLED, the Express Mail Mktg. program does not recognize it and will not let me use the program.
I am already late in getting information sent out HELP
@FaithfulClient We got complaints about the old way of doing image resizing and so we came up with this new way, which we think has much to recommend it. However, we understand that you and others might prefer the previous method. We will make that configurable in an upcoming version.
@MichiganMom Sorry about that. We have isolated a particular set of circumstances that leads to the issue you describe. We are testing a fix and will have it deployed as soon as we can.
@MichiganMom We deployed the fix. Please try again and let us know how it went.
Thanks for your patience!
Hi,
On other email marketing solutions they seem to do to protect deliverability, it is usually a sublist in the features list. Usually there is some sort of 3rd party certified deliverability percentage too.
Does GoDaddy have anything like that?
Thanks!
@MudFire
Thanks for the comment. As a best practice, Express Email Marketing already incorporates a lot of deliverability techniques. We just don’t call it out in our documentation.
Rest assured we have good relationships with the ISPs and ESPs. To maintain these good standings we use a variety of high-quality IP addresses, act quickly on spammers detected by our 24/7 Abuse team, and stage campaign email sending to unverified subscribers to allow for early detection of spam.
Hope that answers your question.
