Private Registration Available for .co Domain Names
Would you like to hide your personal contact information from the public while maintaining full control over your .co domain name? With Domains By Proxy® (DBP) private registration, you can do both!
Universally known to stand for company, corporation, and commerce, the .co country-code top-level domain name (ccTLD) became available for registration in July.
When the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and .CO Internet S.A.S. drafted the .co policy earlier this year, they decided to hold off on private registration to prevent wrongful use of the new ccTLD — especially during the landrush. Now that .co has carved its place among popular TLDs, you can add DBP private registration to your .co domain names. For added security, Protected Registration and Deluxe Registration are available, too!
For information about adding DBP private registration, Protected Registration, or Deluxe Registration to your .co domain name, see About .co Domain Names.
For more information about these types of registration in general, see What is the difference between public and private domain name registration? and What is Protected Registration?

Totally agree with the need for privacy, I remember around 10 years ago getting one of my first domains , the thing I remember the worst was the massive amounts of spam mail I would recieve, anyone that made that mistake before knows what I am talking about…keep up the good work. Sincerely; JRMontez
