Public Links Updates for Online File Folder

Art MWe just updated Online File Folder® to let you more effectively share content using Public Links. Here’s the rundown:
- Quick Find — In the Quick Find section of your Online File Folder home page, you can now click My Public Links to display all the files you’re sharing with Public Links. If you’re storing a lot of stuff in your account, it’s a great tool for quickly locating only those files available via Public Links.
- Password Protection — You can now specify passwords for the public links you create. When a public link is password protected, visitors will be required to enter a password before they can access your files or folders. Password protecting public links is a good idea when you only want certain people to have access to your files.
In case you need a refresher, customers use public links to share files and folders with other users by simply giving them a link. Once a Public Link is created, anyone with the link can access the folder or download the file.
When you share those public links with people you choose, they can access the files. And now password-protecting public links adds an additional layer of security to Online File folder, making it an even more effective cloud solution for file storage and sharing.
