Recovering Deleted Messages with Hosted Exchange
With Hosted Exchange, don’t worry if you delete messages in Microsoft® Outlook but want them back.
Hosted Exchange lets you recover deleted messages up to a few months after purging them from the Deleted Items folder.
In Outlook, just go to the Folder tab, and then select Recover Deleted Items. Select the email you’d like to restore and click the Restore Selected Items icon. The items restore to the Deleted Items folder.
In Outlook Web Access, all you need to do is right-click the Deleted Items folder, and then select Recover Deleted Items. The items restore to the Deleted Items folder.
Holding CTRL lets you select multiple items.
