BetsyCRecently, we found several sites displaying a Website Protection Site Scanner site seal not provided by Go Daddy. Website Protections Site Scanner didn’t scan these sites, so it’s important that you understand what our site seal looks like.
The real Website Protection site seal displays this image:
Our site seal always:
- Shows the Website Protection logo in orange – in the left hand corner.
- Contains the words WEBSITE PROTECTION in the center.
- Shows the date the site passed it’s last scan, or the tested date.
- If you click on it, brings up a pop-up window that looks like this.
