Where did Desktop Notifier go?

Topic: Email

Have you lost your Desktop Notifier? A recent update to Workspace gave the notifier a new home: Workspace Desktop. This update also affects Email Notifier and other native tools to the program.

Don’t worry, it didn’t go far:

PC users check your Windows® Start menu for Workspace.

For you Mac users, the notifier is located under /Applications, and is still called WBE Desktop Notifier.

    But how are we supposed to access our email. The notifier let us right click and choose the email to check. I do not see anything that will give me such access- It just says edit, delete, and folder (which lets me do a checkbox for folders I have). I want to check my mail please.

    @tinker and @safensound1,
    Check your task bar, you should see an envelope icon you can double click on to get to your web-based email. If the envelope icon isn’t visible click your task bar option to show hidden icons, it might be stored in there. If this doesn’t work give our 24/7 tech support team a call at 480-505-8877 – we can help you out.

    I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this thing, so many times to try get my notifier working, but there’s seriously nothing in the task bar. I’ve even went into the properties to see if its hidden but nope, this new one in my opinion sucks, i prefered the old one since thats all i needed, now i have a new one that has things I dont need, and which doesnt even work… Any help with this thing would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

    @burnedscott have you created a desktop shortcut from your Windows Start Menu?

    I only want the desktop notifier!! I don’t use or even care about the other products! Why do people have to mix everything together?? Why can’t we be able to choose services we like and not use the ones we don’t??? instead they get shoved down our throats with software that doesn’t even work.. I installed Workspace Crap and it keeps asking me to install it every time I open my email!!! What kind of idiot writes this stuff??

    Just give me the desktop notifier back please..
