Reminders work sporadically. It does not matter if they are reminders to godaddy accounts or outside vendors. Appointments that are set up the same way return different results with the CEO missing appointments because of no reminder.

You’ll want to get in touch with our 24 hour support team so our tech guys can take a look at your Calendar account specifically. We will need to know the Calendar account effected, the event (date and time) in question, and what email address the reminder was suppose to be sent to so we can investigate further.
