Is there a way to link my calendar with my Outlook 2010? And is there a way to get this calendar on my Iphone?

Your link titled “Synchronizing Your Calendar with Outlook” does not go to the correct article…it goes to “Installing and Using Workspace Desktop for Online File Folder”

@i1patrick

Sorry for the confusion.

In order to sync the calendar with Outlook you will first need to install workspace desktop and check ‘Copy reminders to Microsoft Outook.

Any option if you use a group calendar. There is a note on the link “NOTE: Using CalDAV does not synchronize group Calendars or event/task attachments.” My wife and I use a group calendar to keep track of our family. We both have iPhones and want to use the iPhone calendar, not the web app which does not work nearly as well.

Is another option to get rid of group calendar and just share my calendar with her and let her maintain events there. Not sure how I would set her iPhone up to add the calendar there if we have to go that route.

@denstl,

To clarify the note referenced; “Using CalDAV does not synchronize group Calendars or event/task attachments.” This allows you to view the events listed within the Group Calendar, but it does not allow you to add events or attachments. If you need to add an event or attachment to be shared with other users, that can only be done from within the Online Calendar interface directly.
