Unfortunately, there is not currently a feature available to migrate events from one calendar to another. The only option would be to give other people access to view your personal calendar. You can do that by going to Settings -> Calendar Access and adding people with the appropriate access level.

It might be possible to export the one group calendar and then import it to the other calendar. Be careful as there can sometimes be side effects to that process.
