My experience w/ GoDaddy’s Cash Parking is as follows:
#1. UnProfitable, Lost $$$ – Never even made enough $$$ to even cover my monthly fee paid to GoDaddy.
#2. Falsely “convicted” of click fraud. – Even though I have documented proof I am innocent.
#3. Waste of my time. – Wasted my time setting up domains. Now I will spend more of my time transferring my business from GoDaddy to a different registrar.

I thought somehow the site would be advertised as a site for a temporary advertiser…I realize I didn’t have a clue. Still don’t but I’m gonna find out.
I suppose we just get a share of the general GoDaddy advertising income? Our websites just goes dead for as long as we don’t activate them. Perhaps I should have knowned this from the start. But what about the mini’s and the keywords? Is there more to know?

I STRONGLY AGREE WITH “BUCK NAKED” who wrote on the second line. I have been tricked by Go Daddy by using the same method. They have been banned my best winning domain name for NOT TO MAKE PAYMENTS to me. Shame on Go Daddy and its so called CEO.

I will spend my time for warning others instead of trying to make cash out of tricky Go Daddy CashParking. They stole my money, that’s how they earn money.

My bad experiences are the same with Buck Naked :

#1. UnProfitable, Lost $$$
#2. Falsely “convicted” of click fraud. – Even though I have documented proof I am innocent.
#3. Waste of my time. – Wasted my time setting up domains. Now I will spend more of my time transferring my business from GoDaddy to a different registrar.

…I WROTE TO GO DADDY SUPPORT AND I WILL MAKE LOTS OF WEB PAGES EXPLAINING GO DADDY DIRTY TRICKS !!! GO DADDY WILL UNDERSTAND THAT TRICKING INNOCENT PEOPLE AND STEALING MONEY COST SOMETHING MORE VALUABLE : HONOR AND TRUST !

I too was falsely accused of click fraud on one of the domains in my cash parking account.

I have to agree with all of the points Buck Naked has made, cash parking on go daddy is not worth the time and money you put in for the minuscule amount of money you get out. Especially seeing as if you are making money they will just accuse you of click fraud and ban that domain, effectively stealing the profits you might have made and not letting you get a word in edgewise with no appeals process.
That’s fine I suppose, go daddy apparently doesn’t need the few hundred dollars a year I spent here…

Just wondering. How can I earn more with my cashparking?
I just saw my first earning 1.1 dollars and I want to know how did I earn? lolz..
And how can I earn more?
Can I advertise my link?
and what is illegal click?
I’m planning to advertise my site but I’m afraid that instead of earning I will loss my earnings..
Any suggestion how to maximum this opportunity and same time lessen the risk of losing those earnings like what happend to buck naked.

To wemmy & bulastika,
If you find a direct, simple, & objective source that covers those areas let me know.

To Clint S,
I was told, in no uncertain terms, that ALL verdicts are final.
However, if there is a chance that someone will review the facts, I might interested.
I did receive a phone call, which I have not had the time to return. Considering the “attitude” I received from GoDaddy staff about this matter I am not in a hurry to receive any more “abuse” & waste my time.

@emasereka,

CashParking can be very successful for those who fully setup their accounts and monitor the success of their domains to remove those that receive little traffic and to promote those which receive many hits.

The basic click fraud rules are rather simple: don’t click on the links for your own CashParked domains or use automated programs to do that for you. You can find out more information here regarding this:

http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/1340

We do have a comprehensive guide to our CashParking service if you want to check it out here:

http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/2282

If you do decide to try CashParking, take the time to fully setup the application to get the most out of your experience.

TIP: if you already have many domains, or plan on purchasing a large pool of domains for this program, I recommend our Discount Domain Club. Not only do you get great pricing on your domains for new registrations and renewals, but it comes with free Premium CashParking, which more than pays for itself through this purchase. You can find out more about this through the following URL:

I 2 was “convicted” of click fraud when I nor anyone I could possibly know went on domains that I owned. In addition, i have purchased 2 domains recently and they were banned for something the previously owner “did”…I’d recommed a different park to everyone!

hi
I have been on other companies parking programs for domains i used to own and did not earn a dime, but this was mostly down to my own inexperience. Having done some research over past couple of years i have learn’t not to rush into things, and that with any venture on the internet you have to constantly monitor and make fine adjustments. If you run cash parking like a business and cancel or adjust the loss making part of your business (that is those domains with no visitors or clicks) and promote those with visitors and clicks then overall you stand a better chance of earning back your administrative costs.

and some domain names will never attract customers especially names that are only meaningful to you and not people searching via a search engine. doubleU doubleU doubleU dot. ilove and then 88 characters . whatever . and more . com etc

are always doomed to die.

Reply to: jonhox,
It appears you have missed the main points.

#1. UnProfitable, Lost $$$ – Never even made enough $$$ to even cover my monthly fee paid to GoDaddy.
#2. Falsely “convicted” of click fraud. – Even though I have documented proof I am innocent.

I have set up my account and added domains. Is that all I need to do? I don’t have to add content or advertise them? I’m very new but I have 70 domains that I have purchased and thought I could perhaps generate some income from them.

@drybsmt

It is not necessary to add another product to your domains, however, if you would like to generate revenue, you may want to consider CashParking:
