Hi,
I bought hosting service from godady today. I want to import my old database from another hosting service. The old database was created on cpanel and your database tool is starfield. I’ve tried to move databases import/export method but it failed. Because of the user name was the problem. My old user name is wimpact_evrim and I couldn’t created on Starfield the user like that. What can I do?

Because of this error, I would recommend contacting our Support Team directly to review and test the account. I am limited in assisting as I do not have access to the account to replicate the error.
