Not the email account but my normal Godaddy domain account.

I would like to know how to stay logged in longer in my Godaddy account?

It seems to log me off about every 10 minutes even with activity.

Appreciate any help thanks.

If you are actively performing actions in your account we will not time you out. I would advise trying another browser as what you are describing appears to be related to browser settings. We do have a time out but it is after a certain period of inactivity.

But how long in between actions does it get timed out?
For me its like 5 minutes.

I was trying to do a bulk auction listing and when I got done entering all my info and went to hit continue I was then logged off and all the work was lost.
This happens a lot.

I have tried both IE and Firefox and it happens in both.
I have looked at my browsers settings and I dont see anywhere to fix this.

The time out should be around 15-20 minutes. If you continue to have issues with being logged out, you may want to try adding a couple add-ons to your FireFox browser. The first add on I would recommend is Lazarus. This is an add on that will allow you to recover any information entered into a text area/form. You may also want to check out this alternate thread that goes over an auto-refresh plugin:

Please note that we are unable to ensure the reliability/security of any 3rd party applications.

Hope that helps!
