@neerajk,
It sounds like you are wanting to acquire a Hosting plan with us and modify the Domain to point to the New Hosting plan.
First you will want to review the Options by visiting: http://www.godaddy.com/hosting/web-hosting.aspx
Once purchased you will find the setup instructions at the following:
Setting up Your Hosting Account
For more information regarding all steps in Transferring a Hosting plan to us you will want to review the following:

@neerajk,
When I visit the Site I am able to resolve to a Website. Also in reviewing a DNS Look up for the Domain I am showing it is pointing to our Nameservers and one of our Shared IP addresses.
If you are not able to open the site please reply back with a traceroute to the Domain so we can review your connection to the servers.
Performing a Traceroute in Microsoft Windows
Performing a Traceroute in Mac OS X
Regarding the Email I would suggest just to verify the MX Records are correct:
To ensure the Domain is pointing to the Correct MX Records you will want to follow the steps in: Checking Your MX Record Settings in the Email Control Center.

Thanks, emails are working now.
But still not able to open my ftp account. I’ve created a ftp user account but when I open the ftp account it says wrong username or password. Please help me out.
Also I want to ask that can I use index.html as my default homepage on godaddy. So that if I open emphasiscs.com so it presents the user with index.html page. Because I uploaded the index.html file but still when I open the website it only shows me –
Index Of/ page
Parrent Directory

Please provide help at the earliest.

Please provide some help. I have to fix this as soon as possible.

@neerajk,
After reviewing the DNS Lookup on the Domain I Am showing that you are pointing the Domain to our Nameservers and a Hosting IP Address:
emphasiscs.com. A IN 3600 118.139.175.1
emphasiscs.com. NS IN 3600 ns06.domaincontrol.com.
emphasiscs.com. NS IN 3600 ns05.domaincontrol.com.
However, your Traceroute is not connecting successfully to our servers. First you are received a Timeout right at the beginning at the ISP “3 * * * Request timed out.” Secondly our network is not on the trace at all.
I would suggest to contact the ISP and ensure your connection to the IP is open. If you would like further review of the Hosting account itself you will want to contact our Support team.

Okay Sherrod,
Thanks for all your help. Yes you are right. People are able to see my webpage but I guess there’s some problem with my ISP. But still I am not able to create a FTP account. The FTP account which I created at the time of the setup of the webhosting account still shows the status under Setup. I’m not able to login into the FTP and all the other FTP accounts also that I create show the same status and I am not able to log in. Please provide some help to resolve the problem.
