Problem forwarding domain with masking

I’m trying to forward my domain with masking, but when I do, I just see a blank web page when I view it. The domain I’m forwarding to includes additional info at the end of the URL (it’s a referral link), could this be confusing the masking process? It works fine without masking.

You should still be able to use masking, however our masking works by loading the masked domain within a frame set which may be causing this issue. Can you please reply with the domain for review?

Thanks for providing the forwarded URL, I do not see any issue with being able to effectively use our masking feature. If you still have this feature enabled and are seeing the forwarded URL instead of your domain name can you please reply with your domain and I’ll take a look at it with you?

I’ve turned forwarding with masking back on and the problem is still evident. The domain that I’m forwaring from is mirandalife.com. I’ll leave it on while you have a look at it.

Problem turned out to be Adblock. So given the popularity of this add-in, I’m inclined to find a different splash page that doesn’t have this problem. I’m still puzzled as to why it works fine without masking, but has this problem when masking is enabled. Anyway, thanks for your help.

This blank page is loading due to the masking being enabled. Our masking will load the destination URL in a frame set and in this case the intended site has some scripting that is interfering with the frame. You would need to remove the masking in order to load the site properly.
