How to setup my Virtual Dedicated Server?

Hello,
I’ve recently bought the 1mo/29.99 ‘Economy’ Virtual Dedicated Server, and the instructions to setup this server do not seem to resemble the actual screen I have infront of me.

I have a notice which says I have ‘product(s) ready for setup’, and when I click ‘Get Started!’ I only see my personal information in big (Name, PIN ****, etc.)

Additionally, there is a box which says I do not have any dedicated or virtual dedicated server accounts, although I have bought one just recently.

While the Server option might show under “My Products”, the credit for the Server can take up to 72 hours to show in your account. If 72 hours has passed, please contact our Support Team so they can review your account.
