All our jommla sites hosted on Godaddy are extremely slow.
Same site is very fast at other hosting provider.
Tests from pingdom.com (from Texas loadtime +- 18s) are as slow ads our tests from Belgium.

I would advise contacting our support team to have your hosting account reviewed by our hosting team to ensure there are no server side issues occurring.
