Hi,
After many hours of attempts based on information found on this forum, answers received from support team, blogs and video tutorials at YouTube, I still can’t accomplish to open my website. Basically, I need my DNS server (GoDaddy) to point to my web files located on another host. As advised, in nameserver options form I selected radio button “I have a hosting account with these domains”, then inserted IP address in DNS Manager under A record. All other records I defined as “@”. Where could be the problem? I’m really frustrated and hope maybe here could find someone who had the same problem.

@rakos

Could you post your domain back to us so we can research the DNS resolution publicly? Otherwise, you’d need to contact our Support Team. This is especially true if you believe you have everything configured properly and it just isn’t resolving still. It may be that we need to do something in your account and unfortunately we can’t do that via this forum.

@rakos

It appears you were able to get the domain pointed accordingly. I checked out your domain and it is pointing to a 3rd party hosting provider at this time. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Hi,
Now it’s working! Only yesterday I chose in nameservers settings “I have a hosting account with these domains” instead of “I have specific nameservers for my domains.” That was the problem. Thanks a lot.
