Dowloading a copy of zone file

Do you allow/have a means to download same in text form to make necessary changes and then follow through with import? Wishing that a possibly.

By downloading, you may be referring to exporting the DNS settings you have specified? Yes, this is possible through the instructions outlined in the following article:
Exporting a Domain Name’s Zone File Records
You should also be able to import your zone files from this same interface.
