Hello
I have two questions and a really appreciate it if you can help:
1- We bought our company domain from godaddy, and we created public website using sharepoint online (office 365), the website is working if you type http://www.domain.com but we receive the godaddy page when we type domain.com ! what can i do to have the domain.com point to our website.

My second question: 2- We also have used our domain with the exchange online, what are the required steps so i can just type: https://mail.esrisaudiarabia.com and access my outlook online email directly ?

Thanks in advance,

@zdemirdjian,

Judging from the behavior you have described in your first issue, sounds like you have a specific IP address record setup for ‘www’ in your DNS A Record Zone Files. Generally this record is setup as a CNAME that points to ‘@’ which signifies the root of your domain (ie. domain.com). This allows both your root domain and your ‘www’ subdomain to resolve to the same location by default.

Since your root ‘@’ A Record is still pointing to our parked DNS, you will need to update the IP address for this record to point to the same IP you have specified for ‘www’. You can update these zone records through the following:

Managing DNS for Your Domain Names

As for your second issue, you will want to contact the support forum for your Exchange provider to inquire what specific DNS records are needed to direct to their services. Once you have this information, you should be able to make the necessary updates through the same instructions I have just referenced.
