Not able to see my web site

I upload new web site by using ftp. My file name is index.htm. When i use my browser with the proper URL i recive the site for few seconds and then it run back to the godaddy default page. What is the problem and how can i fix it?

What is your site/URL? If you recently update your domain’s DNS, that may explain the issue. Changes to the settings of a domain may take up to 48 hours to become effective because of the number of networks involved, and because these networks are controlled by several different agencies. This delay applies to all domains with any Registrar, not just us. Please allow for this delay when planning web sites or configuring a domain to work with your services.
You may also need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

I already cleaned my cache.
My site “www.yud-tech.com”.
The problem is even more bizar – when i use chrome it seen like godaddy’s banner is added to the top of my site and with IE it replace my site.
Is there any option to reset my domain to default settings ?
