renewal receipts won’t appear

The receipt numbers do not reflect my last renewal for both Web Hosting and Domain Name. The receipts show my first renewal 3 years ago.

Any suggestions or this an I D I O T error?

Typically, if the items auto renew, it should show that the product was originally purchased on a different receipt, but should also list the products as well. You may want to review the receipts with our Billing team. Unfortunately, I’m not able to directly access your account via the forums to view any of the receipt info.
