We need to urgently take control of an expired common name for a particular domain that is currently in it’s 30 day expiry. The account used for this common name is not longer available to us. Howe can we expediate the process other that waiting for the 30 days to pass and assume we can request the name then via the usual Domain validation process. This is for UC SSL Certificate configuration. Thanks.

@joe_mcclure
If you no longer have access to the account where the SSL certificate is currently setup, you can contact our support team and they can send out a manual revocation letter to the domain’s administrative contact. You will need to follow the instructions in this email to complete the revocation.
