Does Google restore banned sites?

If the site gets banned from Google, how much time will they take to restore it when all the site content has been changed as per the requirements and new site is uploaded. Do they restore the domain name or is it waste of time?

If you’re referring to the malware warning that Google sometimes displays, typically, you should be able to re-submit your site to Google once you have removed the malware. They typically should display the site again without that malware warning once they have re-indexed the site. Unfortunately, I don’t know of a specific time frame of when they would re-index the site once you have submitted it, however.
