Working for now on all of my forwarded domains. Good job on the fix! Let’s hope this problem is resolved.

To those who recently posted,

We appreciate the follow up, letting us know that your forwarded sites are working once more. We are still looking out for any reports of forwarding services not working in the manner that has been described in this thread so far.

To other members who may read this thread with similar issues; who are also still being affected, I urge letting us know. Be sure to include your domain and the requested Trace and Packet Capture information previously requested for by @RoniY

About 2 days ago I called in this issue and talked to one of the techs for a while and received the same responses as everyone else. However I very much insisted this was a problem with Godaddy and finally got him to escalate the issue and send it to a greater authority on the matter.

I am pleased to say the issue has finally been resolved. If you’re still experiencing this problem I suggest not to bother with email as I emailed 5 different times. If you call in the will give you the same excuse that it works fine on their end. I suggest insisting they escalate the claim and direct them to this thread. They will fix the problem for you, they just need to be much better at handling these issues when the problem is ON THEIR END, not ours!

@sbarker,

Glad to hear your issue was worked out in the end. However, I am sorry to hear about your recent experience with our support before the matter was finally addressed.

Rest assure we do want to assist in these matters. Should similar issues occur we will still need information such as the Trace and Packet Capture results previously requested. This will help in our endeavors to narrow down the source of the error and to quickly address it further.

I am facing the same problem for my website malaysiapen.com. However, this issue is arises even though i did not do any forwarding. Is it due to the new AP Region Hosting that i am using? It does not load the first time i type in the domain. But when i refresh, it loads! What’s wrong?

@zhen,

I can find no issues within public DNS records on your domain that would indicate why the first access attempt would fail. Even testing the domain at this time is resolving without any issue at all.

As your domain is not being forwarded, the possible causes of your issue differ from the original issues that were being investigated in this discussion. Your specific issue would be better addressed by contacting our Live support directly. We can then research your account to better determine the cause of the error and the proper steps that would be necessary to correct the issue.

Our Live Support Department is available 24/7 and can be reached at:
