@meksi
I was not able to duplicate the issue you described. When I visited firdevsonline.com, I was properly forwarded to your site. Were you able to correct the issue you were encountering? If you are still having trouble, please follow up with a more detailed description of what is occurring.

Ok I have tried from several computer and different locations but this forwarding is still not working. is there any location setup etc. ?
( or why it is not working from Turkey.

@meksi
I still was not able to duplicate any issues with the forwarding for http://www.firdevsonline.com. If you are not able to see the forwarding working, it might be an issue with your ISP. You might want to complete a traceroute and see if the traceroute completes. If the traceroute does not complete, this usually indicates an issue with your ISP. Information on completing a traceroute can be found here:

Hello! I hope someone can help asap. I changed my forwarding address and it is not working. It just goes to the main company website. weird thing is, when I do it on my iPhone, it works fine. I am beyond perplexed and I really need to fix this asap since I just did a workshop & people are trying to get to my site. PLEASE HELP! I’m freakin’ out here =) http://www.designedforimpact.net should be going to http://designedforimpact.myevolv.com and it’s only coming up as evolvhealth.com

@alice_c – Changes to the DNS can take 1 – 48 hours to resolve world wide. It sounds like your ISP is using cached information to access the website, while accessing the site using a different route works. That should resolve itself within 48 hours of actually making the change.

I changed the DNS 2 days ago and it’s still not pointing to the right url. Still showing old host. http://www.fortisagility.com

@agilitydogs
When I take a look at the domain fortisagility.com, I see that the domain is not using our nameservers. In order to use forwarding with the domain name, the domain should be using our nameservers. Information on updating the nameservers for your domain can be reviewed in this article:

@Gary,
Thanks for your response. I have a new host but my domain is registered here. I’m not sure what I need to do next. I did update the nameservers to that of my new host.
Thanks

@agilitydogs
If your domain name is not using our nameservers and not hosted with us, you wouldn’t be able to use our forwarding services. When I visit your domain at this time, I am able to view an active website. If you are having trouble with something related to your website, you might want to contact your current hosting provider.

hi Gary
I have tried to complete the traceroute but the traceroute does not complete.
And you are right the forwarding is working out of turkey. for example in Vienna my brother is there, I have told him he tried and it worked.
But in turkey it is not working. This domain toake traffic %90 from turkey. It is very important for me .
What should I do with ISP in turkey ? Thanks for your help.

i have same problem. degisimgencligi.org [64.202.189.170]‘ this ip banned in Turkey
Gary A said 11 months, 4 weeks ago:
@meksi
As @cinard suggested, the IP may be blocked in Turkey by some ISPs. If this is the case, I recommend that you continue working with those ISPs regarding any restrictions they have imposed.
