@pmcm

It looks like you may have recently pointed the domain to a free hosting or Website Tonight account. To re-enable the forwarding, you’ll want to point the domain’s A record to our forwarding IP address.

Seeing this right now 1102 EST for dunhamsworldwidetravel.com and dunhamsworldwidetravel.net – this is an online business and customers are getting: The connection has timed out
The server at http://www.dunhamsworldwidetravel.com is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

This is not acceptable…..

I’m currently able to access each of the referenced sites with no issue. If the issue is intermittent, please get in touch with our 24 hour telephone support team at 480.505.8877 while the issue is present so we can try to pinpoint the cause of the problem. Thanks!

My domain forwarding isn’t working at all. I set it up over a month ago. Today I reset it in the hopes it would work. Can you check my settings and make sure everything is working as it should?

I want…
http://www.treefox.net
to forward to
http://www.treefoxcartoons.com

Thanks.

@treefox

It appears that the forwarding for treefox.net is working, but is not working with the ‘www’ subdomain. Upon review, it appears the ‘www’ C name is currently pointing to MobileMe. You’ll want to update your domain’s ‘www’ C name to point to the ‘@’ symbol (represents your domain). This article will show you how:

I need to verify ownership of my domain with Office 365, but DNS Manager indicates “Not hosted here”. I am unable to get to the Zone File Editor to insert TXT record that will verify my ownership of domain. Nameservers are correct.

Domain name: lhredbarnminis.com

Unable to verify ownership of domain for Office 365. DNS Manager says “Not hosted here”. Unable to access Zone File Editor to post TXT record.

Nameservers: (Last update 4/30/2012) are correct.

@littlehoofs

You will only be able to access the DNS Manager when the domain’s nameservers are pointing to us. When you point a domain’s nameservers to a 3rd party hosting provider, the domain’s DNS settings are managed through them. You’ll want to get in touch with your hosting provider for assistance with adding the TXT record. Alternatively, you can park the domain’s nameservers so you can manage the domain’s DNS through us.

I show that your domain’s zone file is properly set for forwarding to function properly. When you are unable to see your forwarding working, can you reply with a traceroute and any error or other URL you are seeing for review?

I have the same problem. The domain forwards fine sometimes, but other times it just times out. The domain is very important to me as a lot of potential clients visit my website to see my portfolio. What is going on????

My domain is http://www.hairyashell.com forwarding to a facebook page that I created.

I am able to confirm that your domain’s zone file is correctly configured for domain forwarding and I am able to access the site without issue at this time. If you continue to experience this time out, please provide the results of a traceroute so that we can determine where the cause of the issue may be.

I’m having a problem that the domain never actually forwards. I’ve set up http://www.couture-bay.com to forward to http://www.couturebay.com – but every time I try and visit http://www.couture-bay.com, I get a 404 error.

I’ve tried resetting the forwarding, but haven’t had any luck in getting it to work. Do I need to make some kind of DNS change?

@cjconn

It appears that you may have resolved this issue as the forwarding is working properly when I test it. If you continue to receive a 404 error when trying to access couture-bay.com please reply with a traceroute for review.
