Domain Issues

Hi,
We seem to regularly have problems accessing both of our websites whose domains are registered with you, http://www.DanceCheer.net (“DCN”) and http://www.eWholesaleTiaras.com (“EWT”). It always seems to be a situation where it shows up on some computers but not on others. Yet we do not experience this problem with any other websites. My orders center (locate at a different location from where I am) cannot access the EWT website at all today on any of their computers, yet they can access it from my computer remotely.
My concern is that if this is happening to us, then it’s also happening to our customers. They deal with a lot fo ecommerce websites and said they think it is probably a domain issue. Can you please let me know why we’re constantly having this problem?

I am currently able to access each of your websites. If you continue to have trouble accessing the site, you’ll want to run a trace route to the site from the effected location to more accurately troubleshoot the connection issue.

You may also want to try getting in touch with your hosting provider to ensure the server the site is hosted on is functioning properly.
