Hi

I know how to setup an individual email address to act as a Catchall address for a domain. However, is it possible to setup a Catchall at the domain level i.e. is there a feature where I can just configure a domain to send ALL its Catchall emails to a single email address which is not an email address on that domain?

Right now the only way I can see it’s possible is to configure an email address on a domain to be the Catchall and then ‘forward’ those emails to my ‘target’ email account.

Thanks for your help.

You have to have one address on the domain, but it can be a forwarding account instead of an actual email/mailbox.

In the Email Control Center, click “Forwarding Plans” under the “Plans” tab, then click Add.

Choose something like all@[your domain.com] for the “Forward Address”. The username part doesn’t really matter since you’ll never do anything with it. Note that “catchall” is reserved for the way catchalls work internally, so you can’t use that.

Then choose the address(es) that you want all mail for that domain to forward to in “Forward Mail To”.
