Forwarded domain, must hit refresh before it loads (error 101)

I have a forwarded domain and the first time you try to go to the site, I get an Error 101: (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset. But as soon as you refresh the page, it comes right up. All the DNS settings appear to be right and this happens with multiple browsers.

Previous threads have been opened for this, but they’re all closed now. Can anyone help? domain is http://www.nancyanderic.com

I’ve got the same issue.
I followed the instruction on forwarding domains. The preview in the domain management tool works, Refreshing in Firefox works, but IE9 forwards me to my ISP’s URL failure apge (custom search page).
The subdomain I’m trying to forward is http://www.faith.dotcarroll.com
forwardign to faith.dotcarroll.com

Itall started with finding that using the www prefix didn’t work against the original subdomain.

The original subdomain (minus the www) works just fine.

Hopefully there is a solution – my duaghter’s friends automatically use the www, so it’s confusing trying to communcate the URL….

I was not able to duplicate this issue when accessing the domains that forwarded. I was able to access both of your forwarded domains on the first attempt using both Firefox and Internet Explorer. Does this happen every time for everyone that accesses the site, or is it sporadic?

I have recently been experiencing the same issue, with http://cupc.ca/. The issue is somewhat sporadic in that after the connection has been made, the site will work for some time.

I have verified that this occurs from two independent internet connections, one in Saskatchewan and one in Ontario.

Furthermore, from my location I observe the problem occuring for http://www.nancyanderic.com, ericlikeseatin.

I just tried a few times using Chrome and IE8 – the forwarding worked on the first try. I’ll try again tomorrow to see if I can replicate the issue. Can we leave this thread open for now?

Thanks for the confirmation. For what its worth, http://cupc.ca is currently working for me right now. I assume you are masking?

Yeah, it’s masking. cupc.ca is currently down for me but yours is working. Resolution appears to be fairly sporadic.

my domain name is sharmamusicalshop.com …purchase from godaddy.com ….i set forwarding link with one website that its working still now bt from yesterday its not working…..to set forwarding link ..in preview button u can see the site bt when u submitting …..its not working….i think is same prob. as above….kindly fix it asap.
