goDaddy cart error, not accepting payments, #$%^&*()

Why is this happening? Suddenly I get the following when renewing domains in goDaddy:

Transaction refused due to risk model (10205/Error)
invalid There was a problem authorizing your credit. Please verify your payment information or use an alternate form of payment.

WTF is going on, both the cc and paypal account I am trying to use are FINE.

yup – better hurry, I’m about to start moving to another registrar, this is RIDICULOUS. Not pleased at all. Already missed 3 names I wanted to buy, not going to miss more.

If you are having the same issue, I would recommend having the account reviewed by our Billing Team. They can be reached via email at billing@godaddy.com.

That message would indicate that we were unable to get authorization on the payment method. Make sure that the billing information in the account matches the method of payment’s.
