I need to change my domain name host from officelive, which uses nameservers, to Weebly, which doesn’t. Any help out there? Thanks.

@thomashelm – Then you can use Go Daddy for the nameservers. First select “I want to park the domain name” following the steps of this article:

http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/664

That would point the nameservers here and enable you to manage your DNS here. Then you can edit the DNS to point to Weebly:

You will want to park the domain on our nameservers which will then allow you to edit the DNS to point the domain to Weebly. Remember that DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate.

Setting Nameservers for Your Domain Names

This will help you point the domain to Weebly:

Thank you. The missing info I needed was to “park” the domain. I think I did it. Again, Thank you so much!

Responding to second post, thank you. The new site is up and running! I simply needed to be told to “park it.” That’s much nicer than what most people tell me to do LOL.
