So I just purchased your hosting a got an email confirming it but when I look in Domain details/related products it says “not hosted here”. I set nameservers to “I have hosting with u lot”. What’s up?

Also, it says Linux in my purchase but I wanted windows…Maybe i clicked the wrong box…

It sounds like you are viewing the domain in the Domain Manager, specifically, the nameservers set for the domain. “Not hosted here” would indicate that you had the nameservers set to a third party. As you set the nameservers to point to us, the domain will resolve to your hosting account after setup.

As for the operating system, it can be changed after you have set it up. check out theses articles:
