@muhammed

In the Domain Manager, you can view the status of your domain transfer. In the Domain Manager, click Pending Transfers from the Domains tab. You can then view the Status and click the question mark for more information.

Hope this helps!

@muhammed,

If you have already accepted the transfer request from our end, it sounds like you may be waiting for the current registrar to approve the transfer. If that is the case, be on the lookout for any correspondence from them as they may request confirmation to expedite the process. You could also try reaching out to them in regard to this matter to request that they approve the transfer.

If the current registrar does not respond to the pending request within 5 days from when we sent out the notification, the transfer should automatically be approved by the registry and the domain transferred to our services; even should the domain expire during this period. If you cannot get the registrar to respond, you may simply have to wait.
