Did you use Alipay to process your order? When you place an order with us using Alipay, they can take up to 30 days to provide payment confirmation (though it’s typically less than 24 hours). While we wait for Alipay’s payment confirmation, we track it as a Pending Order. This means products you order through us using Alipay are not immediately available. However, when we receive payment confirmation, we attempt to fulfill the products and services in your Pending Order.

If you used another payment method and can not locate your domain within your account, please contact our Support Team for additional assistance.

Hi, I just purchased a domain and received an email confirmation; however i’m not able to view it on domain manager. It still states I do not have any domains. I ordered it directly from godaddy.com with a mastercard in the US. Thanks.

hi again, i just went to order history and pending order and nothing’s there :( . i wonder if i actually ordered the domain correctly. Even though I received a confirmation email, i’m not sure anymore. please help.

If your order history is not showing any receipt, I would advise contacting our Billing department at 480-505-8855 or billing@godaddy.com to review your account and determine the status of your attempted order.

Hello
I purchased, a domain with hosting plan (Delux wordpress), I can see it my account manager info. But when I try to setup the wordpress the grey button (Finish) doing nothing, page stands still. And in my domain manager showing there is no hostings added in this domain.

It sounds like either the set up form is not being filled out in it’s entirety or the password and confirmation password may be incorrect. This issue would be better addressed by our Support Team if you continue to experience this issue as they can review your account specific details.

Glad to see it’s not just me. I just got a domain name and deluxe web hosting package from GoDaddy (one hour ago). I got an Email with a logon to my account manager, then a domain name confirmation. When I clicked “Manage Domain” and there were “No Domains” and no way to enter mine. The button took me to a page where I can buy one. Is this one of those “You can’t get there from Here” situations? – Hotwired

It sounds like you may have purchased the domain and hosting in separate GoDaddy.com accounts. You may want to try using our account retrieval system to make sure you are accessing the correct account:

Retrieving Your Customer Number or Resetting Your Password

If you are still unable to locate the domain within the account, you’ll want to get in touch with our 24 hour support team so we can review further.
