I have 5 godaddy sites. I would like to use these in responses frompotential customers. When a potential customer clicks on one of these five, they are directed to my Commerce page.

If I understand your question correctly, you can set up domain forwarding which will automatically forward your customers from one domain to the other, or to a particular page.
