Installed Wordpress and messed a lot up

I have 3 sites total and I just installed wordpress to the root (big mistake) and I setup forwarding for the other 2 domains but they are not working.
Main site is trackmidwest.com and I forwarded it to trackmidwest.com/forums
Other site is dadsofchicago.com and I forwarded it to dadsofchicago.com/dads/forums
And the last site is gamble-racing.com which is what I wanted wordpress for. I just need these fixed asap. How can I easily uninstall wordpress (not sure which files are for WP and which are the forums)

If you used our automated system to install Wordpress, you can use the following guide to uninstall Wordpress from your hosting account. If things are still messed up after the uninstall, I would recommend contacting our 24/7 Support Team so they may take a look at your hosting account in depth.

I called the 24/7 support and talked to Lanse. Awesome guy and lots of help. He got my sites up and working. However the wordpress install failed again with a 404 error AGAIN. And now gamble-racing.com gives me this error
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
What does this mean?

When I visit your site at this time I do not receive an error. Were you able to resolve the issue that you described? If you are still getting an error, please provide some additional details regarding the error and how to duplicate it.

Now it installed just fine. Go figure. No problems anymore really. Except trackmidwest.com forwards to trackmidwest.com/forums

When I visit trackmidwest.com, I do see that I am redirected to trackmidwest.com/forums. When I was checking your site, it looks like there is a 302 redirect in the root directory for the domain name trackmidwest.com. You might want to check your index file at this location and remove the redirect if you do not want visitors automatically redirected to the forums directory.
