I wanted some domain registrations to expire, instead I was billed for reneweal. I can’t have that happen again. How can I not have domains auto-renew? Can I get a refund whenI never said auto-renew these domains? I must stop this behavior, and godaddy won’t even let me remove my credit card info, it keeps them even after saying remove. How to prevent auto-renewal of domains? Thank you

@rabidrobot

This article will show you how to adjust the automatic renewal settings for your domains:

Enabling and Disabling Auto-Renewal

You’ll want to get in touch with our 24 hour support team to see about getting a refund for any unwanted renewals.

You are welcome to remove payment methods from your account; however, you must have at least one payment method on file if you have any active products.
