I have a domain with godaddy, and I am hosting as well, and I set up all my ftp information correctly and the “test connection” button said that I am ready to publish. Then I click publish and its fine for awhile then it says ” There was an error communication with the FTP server. Try again later, or check with your service provider”

HELP!!

@smithsj2

Are you using a wireless connection with your ISP? If so, a gap in the service(Wireless is not constant) could cause the client to timeout or throw the error.

If you would like to have the FTP server tested, please contact our Support Team directly.
