Have you checked the IP address that your domain is pointing to? Typically this error comes up if your domain DNS settings are pointing to the wrong hosting IP address for your account.
You can verify your hosting IP and updated the DNS settings if necessary through the following information:

I went to change the page layout on the website (its there!) and when I click publish it says its connecting to a different IP address than what my account says – is this a problem?

My apologies for the delay in responding. I have taken a moment to look over your domain and it would appear that you were able to resolve the DNS matter with your domain. I am currently seeing it resolve to your publish site without any issue.
