People having the same issue – have you noticed that after entering the website url in the browser’s address box and hitting enter – a few character pop up after the url and disappear again.

Ex: http://sitename.com/XNYIJ

does this have to do something with the site not loading??

I talked with support @ godaddy as I have been unable to get my site to pull up (as of 11pm 9/23/11). My domain is w/go daddy and forwarded. We tested it through a proxy and it worked & we verified the forwarding address for the domain was accurate, but after I told him last night tech support told me godaddy was having forwarding problems, he further investigated and I was told that godaddy in fact is experiencing issues related to domain forwarding and the problem had not been resolved. I was told some domains did not have issues but others did – they just didn’t have a resolve yet. It would seem that they should have been able to resolve this within 12 hrs though. A website shouldn’t be down this long.

It seems to be a hosting problem as the error message states it is taking too long to connect to the server.

It start working after i’ve stopped forwarding – reset the @ records and enabling forwarding again

Same issue… order domain name on Friday night but it is not displaying. Did so briefly on Friday but not after that. Really only need it to forward to http://www.stmtoolbox.org. Please advise. Domain purchased is http://www.shorttermmission.us

For the last two days, whenever I try to log into my Word Press (w/ Safari or Firefox) I get the following error:

I have two sites hosted with GoDaddy.com. One loads fine. The other gets the above message.
