What do I need to setup on my GoDaddy account to get my Citrix Secure Gateway and Web-interface to move to my www address?
I have the DNS records set to the correct domain and my static ip setup with Telco.

@bigwave
Are you hosting this domain name with us or another provider? If you’re hosting with another provider, you would need to touch base with the hosting company. They should be able to help resolve the issue.
If you’re hosting the domain name with us, provide us with the domain and a little more information as to what you are trying to accomplish and we can try to help a little more.

You can point the ‘www’ version of the domain name to a static IP address using an A record. This article will show you how:
Managing DNS for Your Domain Name
If you would like to manage the domain’s DNS through your server, you can create custom nameservers that point to the IP address of your server.
