Problem to join domain with hosting, someone can please help me??

Hi to all, I have this big ( for me ) problem: a couple o days ago I bought a new domain without hosting, which I have bought a day later after the domain. My problem is that I am not able to join them together… How can i fix that? When I try to laung the hosting and give my domain, an error come out ( Domain name is used. Please select a new domain name. ) and stops all.
How can I do? Really many thanks to the one that will help me.

It sounds like the domain in question is already setup with a different service. You’ll need to remove the domain from the service it is currently associated with so you can use it with the hosting plan. You’ll want to check out this article:

The article I posted above shows you how to check for associated services through the ‘Payments’ tab. If you do not see the domain listed there with a product, you’ll want to get in touch with our 24 hour support team so we can review your account specifically.
