I’m trying to use http://www.mydomain.com/stats but it doesn’t work.
It shows a “not found page” on my website and a link to my home page.
Please, i need all the help to learn how to use my website statistics.
Thanks a lot!

@dulce_sorpresa,

If you have an active hosting account, you may not have enabled the hosting logs for the account. If the logs have not been enabled, you would not be able to access stats through the http://www.mydomain.com/stats URL.

@dulce_sorpresa,

If no products are being listed, this means you have not purchased hosting for your domain. You would need to visit our Shared Hosting page to purchase a plan for use before you can enable stats for tracking.

@dealsdito,

If no hosting products are being found within your account, you would also need to visit our Shared Hosting page to purchase a new account for setup. Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the previous statistics you had for the old account you had canceled.
