I’m very new to this, been looking can’t really find an answer, my company has three domain names; the first will be our main index page; the second and third are “divisions” of the company; do I need to set up hosting for each domain or can I somehow keep the hosting under the first domain and “link” all the sites?

Are you planning on hosting a separate website for each domain? If so, you would want hosting for each domain. You may want to look into using the Deluxe hosting plan as you could host all three domains on the one hosting account with that plan.
