I am trying to make a CNAME record, and the first thing it says is Goto the Zone File Editor… where is that?
Also if my Nameservers are located off of Godaddy, must I modify the zone file at the current nameserver or is it done at Godaddy?

Ok.. I found the Zone File editor… by clicking the DNS Manager button on top of my Dashboard, but out of 48 domains only 8 came up in the DNS manager. And of course the one I want to add a CNAME to did not show up in the DNS manager… Must I pay extra to get all my domains in the Dns Manager… or what can I do?

@tommytx

If you are not using our nameservers you will have to modify your DNS with the hosting company or DNS provider that supplied those nameservers. If you wish to manage the DNS through us you will have to set the domain to our parked nameservers first. For assistance with this, please visit the link below.

Once the domain is set to our parked nameservers, please visit the link below for assistance accessing the zone file editor.

You will need to use the previously provided help article to add or edit an A record:

I can’t find an Zone File Editor in the DNS Management. I want to change the MX configuration for Google Apps.

If your domain is not available within the DNS Manager, it is likely using another provider’s nameservers and and DNS settings will need to be updated through that provider.
