What was the domain name recently purchased? Keep in mind that if this was a recent purchase it can take up to 24 hours before it will show active in your account.

My apologies for the delay in responding. I am sorry to hear if the 24 hour setup period to complete the registration causes any inconvenience.

Generally most registrations are completed within an hour, but on occassions it can take a full 24 hours if there is a delay in receiving confirmation responses from the registry due to a high volume of registration requests. We are more than happy to look into concerns with the registration to make sure the submission was made.

If you still feel that the delay is unacceptable, you are more than welcome to reach out to our Live Support for assistance with requesting a refund for the recent registration.

While looking up the WhoIs information on groupe-premium.me, I am not showing any active registration for this domain. I am also not finding any record of this domain pending registration in our system. Are you sure you purchased this domain from our Domain Registration page?

If you have an order receipt already confirming purchase of this domain, I would advise reaching out to our Live Support via phone or email so we can further address this matter.
